Cristiana Isabel Lucas Silva

Cristiana Isabel Lucas da Silva holds a degree in Clasical Studies (Faculty of Letters, University of Lisbon2005) and a master degree in Greek Literature (University of Lisbon, 2008), with a thesis entitled “Visões do Feminino nos Epinícios de Píndaro”. Cristiana is a full researcher of CLEPUL, as part of Group 7 (Cultural Heritage Metamorphoses), having participated in numerous research projects in the areas of portuguese History, Literature and Culture, as well as organizing cientific meetings (International Congress Ideas of/for Europe, International Congress Ordens e Congregações Religiosas em Portugal: Memória, Presença e Diáspora, International Congress A Europa das Nacionalidades, International Congress Concílio de Trento. Restaurar ou inovar. 450 anos de História, etc). She is currently a PhD student in portuguese Contemporary History with a projec on “The idea of foreign in Portuguese Culture (1750-1850)”. Cristiana also acts as chief editor of Letras com Vida — Literatura, Cultura e Arte
